New products & services require shorter time to market than traditional schedules would permit, IT solutions are becoming unmanageable in complexity, and cutting-edge technology aren’t making up the difference fast enough.

Agile provides a new way to get new software to market as fast as possible, integrate complex sub-components into a simpler design, and leverage technology where necessary to become more efficient. But applying Agile methods is not our ultimate goal; we want to deliver high-quality software quickly and reliably.

One important thing we have learned over the years is that Agile methods must meet our client’s needs, not the other way around.
